If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 24 hours after the order has been made.
Right of withdrawal – Returns
It is very important for us that you are completely happy with the items you ordered. If for any reason the item is not living up to this standard, please feel free to return or exchange the unused product as described below. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. During the withdrawal period please treat the product and its packaging with care.
Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product.
Please send us an email at info@slowwood.nl with your order number before you return your item, then we are informed that the item is on its way.
All Slowwood furniture is custom made for you and therefore we have a delivery time of approximately 8 -10 weeks. Custom made products can NOT be returned.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sales items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can’t be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost from us to you will be refunded when all items of the order are returned. If for example only 1 item of the order is returned we will only refund the price of the particular product and not the shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
